Sponsors for Spring Thaw 2008 can promote their products, services or image in a prominent and distinctive way to an audience of confident, affluent and mature men who embrace the “Bear” lifestyle. Sponsors may choose to have their advertising message and product samples given to each registrant. Sponsor’s names and logos can be included in Spring Thaw promotional materials placed in local businesses, and also included on the NW Bears website. Thus, your name and product identification is presented to many more persons than those who attend Spring Thaw.
 

Silver Sponsor: $1000 - $2500 in cash and/or product.
The corporate names of businesses that contribute at least $1000 will be listed as Silver Sponsors in the Spring Thaw Program Guide and announced as Silver Sponsors at Spring Thaw events.
Other negotiable benefits include:

·        Sponsor’ logo and corporate link is listed for one year on Spring Thaw 2008 website

File Formats and Media
We strongly urge that you submit ads in digital form rather than hard copy or camera ready art. Ads may be submitted in .tiff or high-resolution .jpg formats. Electronic ads should be submitted via email to Spring Thaw Advertising, hard copy art should be mailed to Northwest Bears at the address below. Please mail copy at least one week before the receipt deadline to allow ample time for transit via the US Mail Service.

We will gladly design a professional, eye-catching ad for you! Add 10% (design fee) to the cost of your ad and email us with an idea of what you want your ad to say. Email or express mail us your logo, photo or artwork. We will design an ad for you and send it to you for feedback via email.
