Registration for Spring Thaw is non-transferable. If I find that I will not be able to attend, I must cancel your registration in writing to NW Bears, 1122 E. Pike St., PMB 802, Seattle, WA 98122. I understand that cancellations received by 7 April 2008 will receive a refund, minus a US$15 processing fee. Later cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No-shows will not receive a refund.
Furthermore, by my registration, I hereby certify that I am at least 21 years of age as of April 17th, 2008. I agree to conduct myself in a reasonable manner in the public areas of hosting facilities. I understand that my registration for Spring Thaw is non-transferable. I have read and understand the cancellation policy stated above. I am aware that group photos and/or video may be taken at Spring Thaw events. I agree not to hold Northwest Bears, its membership, guests, sponsors, or any commercial establishment used in conjunction with this event responsible for any loss or injury either to my person or my property while participating in this event. I assume full responsibility for my personal actions and for any damage I may cause to the property of any commercial establishment used in conjunction with this event. I will not use any controlled substances during Spring Thaw. I understand that any personal information provided during registration shall be kept by Northwest Bears for its own use and will not be released to outside parties without my consent.
