Sponsors for Spring Thaw 2012 can promote their products, services, or image in a prominent and distinctive way to an audience of confident, affluent, mature ment who embrace the "Bear" lifestyle.  Sponsors may choose to have their advertising message and product samples fiven to each registrant.  Sponsors' namves and logos can be included in Spring Thaw promotional materials and placed in local businesses, and also included on the Northwest Bears website.  Thus, your name and product identification is presented to many more persons than those who attend Spring Thaw.

Silver Sponsor: $1,000 - $2,500 in cash and/or product.

The corporate names of businesses that contribute at least $1,000 will be listed as Silver Sponsors in the Spring Thaw Program Guide and announced as Silver Sponsors at Spring Thaw events.
Other negotiable benefits include:

• Sponsor's logo on promotional handouts;
• Sponsor's logo and corporate link listed for one year on the Spring Thaw 2012 web site;
• Sponsor's printed material distributed in registration packages;
• Sponsor's product samples distributed in registration packages.

Note that we are also accepting Silent Auction donations for your ad.  Now the participants can see your ad in the event program and bid on your donation at the auction!  Auction items will be displayed during the event and will be available for bids during the Sunday Brunch.  If you donate items valued at:

• $200, you get a full page ad and registration packet inserts;
• $120, you get a 1/2 page ad;
• $60, you get a 1/4 page (business card) ad!
